Maintenance training for plant teams
Aegis trains maintenance teams in Indiana and across the Midwest in the same work it consults on, so the capability stays with your plant.
Preventive maintenance training
For technicians, planners, and supervisors who are building a PM program or running one. It covers how to decide what to inspect and how often, how to carry out and record PM work so the results can be used, and how to keep the program current as equipment and conditions change.
Shutdown planning training
For planners and supervisors. It covers scoping a shutdown and holding the scope, building work packages, sequencing jobs and finding the critical path, and coordinating contractors and materials before the plant stops.
MRO storeroom management training
For storeroom and inventory staff. It covers organizing and labeling a storeroom, controlling how parts are received and issued, keeping records accurate, and managing critical spares.
How training is delivered
Training is shaped around your plant: your equipment, your maintenance system, and the problems your team is dealing with now. It can stand alone or follow consulting work, so the people who will run a new program are the ones trained on it.
Who delivers it
Founder Cristian Boar has coached and trained plant maintenance teams on reliability practices and tools as a corporate reliability engineer, served as an internal CIEH workplace safety trainer, and completed train-the-trainer training.
